一、Overview of Overseas Automobiles Factory Construction

1.The necessity of construction overseas automobile factory
In recent years, driven by the steady development of the global economy, the improvement of residents' consumption ability, and the maturity of the new energy vehicle industry chain, the automotive markets in Asia, Africa, and Latin America have shown strong growth momentum. The demand for automobiles in these regions is rapidly releasing and has become the most promising emerging market for the global automotive industry. The construction of overseas automobile factory is of significant necessity for Kaifeng Autos global layout, and it is also an inevitable choice for Kaifeng Autos , mainly reflected in reducing costs, enhancing market competitiveness, and deepening localized services.

IV. Vehicles Production/Packing/Logistics Solution
1、CBU(Complete-Built-Unit) supply,mainly applicable to the new markets development,vehicles display and road tests etc; the display and testing of vehicle models, etc.
2、SKD(Semi-Knock-Down) supply,most of spare parts will be assembled by Kaifeng Autos,remaining parts such as Engine,Rear Axles,Front&Rear bumpers,Tyre etc. Shall be assembled in overseas automobile factory,the customer shall invest a Assembly Line.
3、CKD(Complete-Knock-Down),Kaifeng Autos provides 6 Sub-Assembles of metal sheet and spare parts,overseas customer factory shall cover the last three major processes in automobiles production, Welding line, electrophoretic line & painting line, Assembly line, and Test line.
